Amazing customer service!!! Can't say enough good things about this place! I travel full time and am not local here so when I get a warning light on my dash I like to get it taken care of as quick as possible so I can keep my van in tip top shape and keep traveling. I started by calling the local dealership, who was booked out several weeks and couldn't help me until then, almost everywhere else I tried was the same. Thankfully when I called Elite, they asked how soon I could get here. Not only did they fit me in same day, but they looked at my van immediately! Great service, great staff, and a nice waiting room while you wait on your vehicle. I highly recommend them!

The team at Elite did a great job of caring for my vehicle. When they found some concerning issues during some standard maintenance, the service advisors immediately brought the issue to my attention and offered several solutions to resolve it. They quickly repaired my vehicle, much quicker than was expected, and kept me informed with text messages and photos of what they were finding through the entire process. I will definitely be using Elite again and letting my friends and family know about the wonderful service they offer.

Our vehicle was in for an oil change and auto mechanic,Jon Anderson, noticed the water pump leaking… so grateful for Elite auto mechanics like Jon who take time to look over the vehicle and bring to our attention anything that is not working properly or could endanger our lives while driving our vehicles. The office staff are very friendly and approachable as well!

Really felt comfortable here. Ive gone to a lot of places in my 30 years of driving this was the first time I actually felt like I was not getting the run around! They got my car in fast and back fast. I was not confused by what they were doing. Price quoted, price paid! Also everyone was so very nice! I waited NO minutes to be helped at any time!

Great service!!! They are always very welcoming and let you know what exactly needs to be done with your vehicle. They are very flexible too, the key drop box has come in handy for me quite a few times. I won’t be switching car people anytime soon!
