I’ve worked with them since I’ve moved to Fargo about ten years ago. I have tried a couple of the shops that advertise on radio nonstop. I’ve always came back to Elite. Brian/Phil and crew are always fair to work with, do honest work, and I like their extended hours for us working folk.

Such a friendly staff that truly cares about fixing your vehicle and not up charging you or scamming you. As a young woman that doesn’t know anything about cars, I am weary of some auto places but I am never worried that Elite won’t be transparent about my car issue. Thank you!!

I have been fixing my car to get it ready for an 8 hour drive. My first priority were the 10 year old tires. The first two tires were the front. I have been doing one tire at a time. They were literally on the rim. I have been going there because I work across the street. I love the staff, the service and “here’s something to fix”. Until one day “we won’t service your car unless you clean it out”. Today I returned a battery and explained my complaint. Everything was handled properly and professionally! I gave 4 stars based on my complaint. Very special thank you to Brian, one of the owners, I will definitely come back! 💜💜
