I moved to Fargo recently being new in town I needed an auto shop that I trusted with my car I had always had my best friend back home as my mechanic so I was very skeptical about picking a shop because you always hear horror stories about auto problems. When I first started going to Elite I would always call my mechanic friend to get him to go over what I was being told about my car and every time I did he agreed and would then tell me what it would cost at his shop, every time Elite beat my friends shop in price. I have always received great service from Elite and I would highly recommend Elite to anyone who is looking for quality service.

I love these guys. They talk to me like the intelligent human being who doesn't know a ton about cars that I am, and they are always friendly. Great customer service, and they really try to work around your situation if you've been pretty loyal to them. Free popcorn and WiFi are a plus.

I have a F-150 that I am very protective of, so repair shops scare me. But working with Phil and his team, his "family" as they call themselves at Elite was a dream come true. Not just a quote and a yes or no. They figured out what was going on, explained it to me and why it happened, and fixed it for cheaper than I had read diligently online!
