Brian at Elite provided me with a level of service far exceeding anything I normally expect from a repair shop. Take your car here, and you'll be in good hands. I was in town for the week and had some issues with my front suspension. I initially took my vehicle to a different shop, and they told me what was the problem was, including a laundry list of other things I needed to fix to the tune of $1,000 (with just the suspension work being $550). I felt like I was getting the runaround, so I took it to Elite for a second opinion. Boy, I'm happy that I did! They ultimately came to the same conclusion and bid me at $415 for the suspension work. Of course, I was pleased with the lower bid, but I most appreciated their respectful, straightforward approach to doing business that seems impossible to find in the auto repair industry today.
