I was traveling through ND from WA when my 2003 Ford F150 started having transmission problems. I was able to get to Elite Automotive Center - which isn't far off I94. I had to leave my truck and the trailer I was towing behind and get back to WA. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a remanufactured transmission, installed, and tested. They kept me in the loop the entire time and were fast and friendly (work completed in a week and a half). The pricing was fair. It's running like a champ and I have a 3yr warrantee on the transmission. I was able to use my Synchrony Car Care credit at Elite - which allows me to take my vehicle to my local repair shop in WA if I have problems with the work (as they also are part of the NAPA Car Care "network").

Very friendly and efficient. Right on schedule getting my car in on time and getting it done in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting area is very pleasant if you choose to stay and wait.

I scheduled my oil change online and got a confirmation day/time the same day! At my appointment, the oil was changed and the inspection was performed in less than 30 minutes. Asked for a quote on tires while waiting for my vehicle and they assessed the best options for my vehicle, without breaking the bank! The guys helping me were super friendly and personable.
