This was the single greatest experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop, which most people will think, "well the bar isn't set very high..." BUT, I have to say, I left after bringing my car in, getting it diagnosed, repaired and paid for, feeling incredibly satisfied and with my faith in humanity restored for one more day. I was in Fargo for business (from Minneapolis) and had a meeting at 11am, and then needed to get home to my wife and daughter immediately after the meeting (a 3.5 hour drive). When I left my hotel in the morning, the check engine light came on in my car and it started sputtering and driving poorly, so I stopped at the closest place to me at about 9:30am (not Elite) and they said the quickest they could get it in was after lunch. Didn't help me much so I went in my car to Google other auto shops near me and I luckily stumbled upon and called Elite Auto Center and spoke to one of these owners, Phil, who said he could get my car looked at in about 45 min, so I barely got my car there and from the start it was pure, professional friendliness. Not only did they get my car diagnosed in less than 45 min (faulty engine coil), Phil personally drove me to my meeting in town at 11 while my car was being fixed, and then picked me back up when I was finished, so that I could leave on time and get back home to my family, as if the car troubles never even happened! The price was reasonable and honestly, because of the exceptional, far-better-than-I-could-ever-dream-of-service and courtesy, the price of the repair wasn't even an issue to me. This is auto care of the future, and the way that every experience should and could be, if only other places tried. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else, ever, for my vehicles to be repaired or serviced. Thank you guys, times a thousand!
