Great people to work with and very knowledgeable. They do what needs to be done and do not try to push you into doing anything unnecessary. This was my second time coming here and they did the job faster than normal. I was able to use my own part and also my own oil and filter for the oil change. I first went to 13th Avenue Auto Repair but they didn't seem to care about helping me fix my car as soon as possible, saying it would take over a day for a 2 hour job as well as undermining my intelligence by saying the part might not be right when they never even looked at it.. I went right to Elite Auto and was able to get the car in the next morning, using my correct part, and they were done close to 2 hours even when I added the oil change on at the last minute. Great customer service. Great people.

Elite Automotive is the most trusting car center in all of North Dakota. They take time to explain everything in detail which is refreshing. I can speak for most woman when I say we are worried about being taken advantage of, but not here. They care about customers and treat them as a friend and not a number. Phil the owner is extremely personable and hands on and always making sure you are satisfied. If you ever need car repairs, oil changes, etc. look no further!

I went in thinking ok they are reasonable and seem nice and that tey woudl be honest well i had them put a part on that was suppose to fix 4 wheel drive it did not they then asked me if i would ok them to diagnose it well i said ok well 350 dollars later they said ok has to go to a GM dealer for a software update so have my wife haul over to gateway and they then told me your transfer case is shot and metal shards and chunks in it well i called and elite as they had stated nope nothing wrong with transfer case and they were so sure of it when i was there so i had no idea who was lying well it came out to be transfer case was fried and i am out 350 to elite which was more in labor then gateway charges for diagnosis so got fixed at gateway and elite called gateway when i called upset about diagnosis which who wouldnt be they were confideent it wasnt transfer case gateway went the extra mile to pull transfer case plug and go yeah this isnt good why couldnt elite? poor poor decision to to over charge for doing nothing

Phil, Brian, and the whole crew at Elite Automotive always go above and beyond for us. Their service is amazing and we wouldn’t bring our cars anywhere else!

I went in with issue on a repair done at another Napa shop in SD. the part failed and broke and caused additional damage. the shop in SD basically did nothing to help. and Brian went out of his way. above and beyond. And got Napa to cover the repairs 100%. it ended up to be over $4600 in damage. they all were very helpful. friendly. and tried to keep me informed of the situation. I would recommend them to anyone for any service. and I will go back. Robb Peterson
